Thanks for shopping with G8G — where bold meets fun. We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

🔁 Exchange Policy

📦 For orders not yet shipped

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you need a different size or color (of the same product), just email us. If it’s in stock, we’ll change it for you fast.

🚚 For orders already shipped

If the order is on its way or has already arrived, you can request a return and simply place a new order. This saves you time and ensures the new item doesn’t sell out.

📥 Return Policy

⏳ 15-Day Return Window

You can return items within 15 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original condition.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days after submitting your request. A tracking number is required to complete the return process.

Return shipping and any customs fees are covered by the customer.

📸 If your item is defective or incorrect

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong (damaged, wrong item, defective), contact us right away with photos — we’ll make it right.

⚠️ What’s NOT considered a defect:

  • Loose threads, fabric texture, or color variations
  • Personal preferences (style, color, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse, washing, or alterations
  • Returns due to incorrect sizing choice

📦 Return Address Notice

⚠️ Do NOT return to the sender’s address on the label. This is not a valid return address and we won't be able to process the return.

Always email us at support@g8g.pro before sending anything back — we’ll provide the correct return address.

🚀 Tracking Your Return

After sending your package, please email us a photo of the parcel and the tracking number. This helps us process your return faster and safely.

❌ Order Cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it — just email us. If it’s already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible.

💵 Refunds

▶ For non-shipped canceled orders:

You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–15 business days.

▶ For returned products:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–15 business days.
